If you are looking to have your home constructed and completed quickly, you should know that purchasing a PH1 modular home will allow you to move into your new house four to eight weeks after the basement has been poured. Our modular homes are framed in a controlled environment eliminating exposure to snow, rain, and sun. All materials are standard dimensional lumber, from 2X10 floor joists to 2X4 or 2X6 wall thickness, all on 16" centers, just as with a good stick-framed home. Floor plans can be modified to meet your personal desires and needs. Pittsville plans come in single story, two story, bi-level, and tri-level plans, and with sunrooms.
